What actually qualifies for removal
Indeed's content guidelines decide what comes down. Three situations apply:
- A review that breaks Indeed's content guidelines
- A review posted to the wrong Company Page (moved by migration request, claimed pages only)
- A review that partly breaks the guidelines (Indeed may redact the text and keep the star rating)

Can I remove a negative Indeed review?
No. Reviews stay up unless they break Indeed's content guidelines, and only the reviewer can delete their own review. You can respond to a review, or report it if you believe it breaks the guidelines.
Can part of a review be removed?
Indeed may redact a review, which removes the text and keeps the star rating. Whether that happens is Indeed's decision.
What if the review was posted to the wrong Company Page?
You can submit a migration request to move it. Only employers with a claimed Company Page can submit one.
What if a new review doesn't appear?
New reviews usually appear within 72 hours. If more than five working days pass and the review is still missing, contact Indeed support.
Can I respond to a review?
Yes, with a claimed Company Page. Select Add a Comment near the bottom of the review, type your response and publish it.
Do I pay if the review isn't removed?
Our removal services are no-removal, no-fee: you're invoiced only once we achieve the removal defined in your Service Agreement. Search suppression is billed for the work performed.
