What AI says about you matters now too.
ChatGPT, Gemini, Google's AI Overviews, Perplexity, Copilot, and Grok are another place people look you up. We work on the sources they draw from, not the model.

Quick overview
- AI models can't be edited or deleted from outside, so the work is correcting the sources they draw from and strengthening accurate, authoritative content.
- The work covers ChatGPT, Gemini, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity, Copilot, and Grok, and starts from the AI reputation audit.
- Corrections can take a while to show up in AI answers, and no date can be promised.
- Whether a claim can be corrected, balanced, or only reinforced is sorted in the audit first.
Our approach
A quick check first, a structured fix when it's not enough
The work starts from the AI reputation audit: what each tool says, where each claim comes from, and which claims can be changed. The harder part is the fix: correcting or strengthening the source content those tools pull from, then waiting for each platform's re-indexing cycle, which isn't on a schedule anyone controls.
If a source needs correcting across multiple outlets, or you'd rather have it tracked systematically instead of an occasional manual check, that's where we step in — coordinating the source corrections as one tracked process instead of separate one-off fixes, and re-auditing what each platform says as it re-indexes.
What makes a fix move fast or slow
A source you control, such as your own site or profile, can be corrected directly. A source you don't control depends on its owner or platform.
Why a fixed source doesn't mean an instant answer change
Correcting the source isn't always the end of it: an AI answer can keep showing outdated information after the source is fixed. We build in a re-check instead of treating one correction as the finish line.
Two free tools help here: a reputation scan shows what a plain search returns, and the removal assessment tells you within 24 hours whether a specific article or listing qualifies for outright removal.
Platform-specific guides
How we work the sources, not the model
Starting from the audit
We work from the findings of the AI reputation audit: what each tool says, where each claim comes from, and which claims can be corrected, balanced, or reinforced.
Source correction
Where the underlying source is outdated, incomplete, or wrong, we work to correct it at the source — the same content and outreach work behind our removal and search suppression services.
Authoritative content build-out
Strengthening accurate, current content about you, the same discipline as search suppression.
Re-audit over time
We check back as AI tools re-index and update, since answers can shift after a source change without a fixed timeline.
What we won't promise
We won't tell you we can directly edit, delete, or "unteach" an AI model. That capability doesn't exist for outside parties.
We don't guarantee a specific date an AI answer will change, since that depends on each platform's own re-indexing schedule.
Rechecking AI answers over time, if you want it
AI answers change as tools re-index and new sources appear, so a fix can drift. An optional ongoing plan rechecks what each tool says and reports what has changed. It is not required for the original work and is agreed separately, during your assessment.
Common questions
Can you get ChatGPT, Gemini, or Perplexity to just delete what they say about me?
No — and we won't claim otherwise. AI models don't have a direct edit or delete function for what they say about a person. What we can do is correct the sources those models draw from and strengthen accurate, authoritative content, which is how AI answers change over time.
How do you know what AI tools are actually saying?
The audit checks what ChatGPT, Gemini, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity, Copilot, and Grok say about you or your business and where each claim comes from.
Why would an AI tool say something inaccurate in the first place?
AI answers can draw on web sources such as articles, reviews, and profiles, so an outdated article, an unresolved review, or a thin or incorrect profile can get pulled into a summary. We work on the underlying source.
How long does this take to show up in AI answers?
A correction can take a while to show up in AI answers even after it's in place. We re-audit as each platform updates, but no specific date can be promised.
Do I pay if the AI answer doesn't change?
AI Reputation Repair is billed for the work performed, and no change to an AI answer is guaranteed. Our removal services are different: they are no-removal, no-fee, and you're invoiced only once we achieve the removal defined in your Service Agreement.
