Terms of Service

By accessing or using removacy.com (the "Site") or engaging Removacy, a service operated by Eldetron LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company ("we," "us," "our"), for services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Services Description

Removacy provides online reputation management services, including AI reputation audit and repair, search suppression and building, review and content removal, private information takedowns, court record removal requests, link de-indexing, privacy monitoring, and digital footprint reduction. Our free tools (the reputation scan, the people-search scanner, and "Can this be removed?") provide automated, informational overviews of publicly available information. They are diagnostic aids, not a guarantee of completeness or accuracy.

2. Not Legal Advice

Nothing on this Site, in our communications, or in our services constitutes legal advice. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal representation. In particular:

• We do not offer legal expungement services. For expungement of arrest or court records, consult a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction.
• Any information about legal processes (DMCA, court records, data broker regulations) is provided for general informational purposes only.

3. No-Removal, No-Fee

Our removal services operate on a no-removal-no-fee basis: there is no upfront fee, and you are only invoiced once we achieve the specific removal outcome defined in your signed Service Agreement. The exact definition of a successful outcome varies by content type and is set out in that agreement before you commit to anything.

This guarantee does not apply to our other services: AI Reputation Audit and Repair, Search Suppression and Building, and Privacy Monitoring. The AI Reputation Audit is billed at a fixed price, and Privacy Monitoring as a subscription. Suppression, building, and AI repair succeed by outranking, repositioning, or correcting content rather than by deleting it, so "success" is a matter of degree rather than a single verifiable outcome. That work is billed for the work performed, not contingent on a specific ranking result.

We pursue removal and suppression through legitimate channels, but outcomes often depend on the policies of third-party platforms and search engines, which are outside our control.

AI tools generate answers from changing sources and their own systems. We work on the sources and content they draw from, but we cannot guarantee any specific output from any AI tool.

4. Assessment and Pricing

Every engagement begins with a confidential assessment of your specific situation. Pricing is provided as part of that assessment and may vary based on the scope of work required. The Site does not publish pricing, and nothing on the Site should be interpreted as a quote.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information about your situation and to only submit requests — including use of our free reputation scan tool — related to yourself or entities you are authorized to represent. You agree not to use our services to harass or defame anyone, to impersonate another person, or to support a removal request you know to be false.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Removacy and Eldetron LLC against any claims, damages, or legal fees arising from fraudulent, inaccurate, or unlawful documentation or information you provide to us.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential, as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (text, design, logos) is the property of Removacy unless otherwise noted, and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Removacy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our services, including damages related to content that could not be removed or that reappears after removal.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to decline or discontinue services at our discretion, including in cases of misuse, non-payment, or requests that would require us to act unethically or unlawfully.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Except for disputes that qualify for small claims court, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services will be resolved through binding, individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its rules, rather than in court. You and Removacy each waive the right to a jury trial and the right to bring or participate in a class action, class arbitration, or other representative proceeding. Arbitration will take place in New Mexico, or another location we mutually agree on.

For any claim not subject to arbitration (including small claims), you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in New Mexico.

11. Assets Created During an Engagement

Assets that Removacy creates, registers, or pays for during an engagement, such as domains, hosting, and profiles, are held by Removacy while the work is in progress. When the engagement has ended and no amounts remain owed between us, you may request a transfer of control within 60 days. After that period, Removacy is not obliged to maintain or transfer the assets, and any later transfer is subject to payment of the costs of holding them. The details for each engagement are set out in your Service Agreement.

12. Service Agreements

These Terms govern general use of the Site.

Once you engage us for a specific case, the scope of work, pricing, removal-success criteria, and payment terms for that engagement are set out in a separate, signed Service Agreement between you and us. If anything in that Service Agreement conflicts with these Terms, the Service Agreement controls for that engagement.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
