Remove fake and damaging reviews.
One bad review can cost you thousands. We remove reviews that violate platform policies, contain false statements, or were posted maliciously—and we suppress the ones we can't remove.
Quick overview
- We target reviews that are fake, defamatory, or violate platform policy — not reviews we simply disagree with. See what qualifies.
- Coverage spans 50+ platforms, from Google and Yelp to industry sites like Healthgrades, G2, and Capterra. Full platform list.
- Where a review can't be removed outright, we suppress it — pushing it off page one instead.
- Send us the review link — we'll tell you within 24 hours if it can be removed.

Our approach
How we handle a review removal case
Most review platforms have their own flagging or reporting process, and it's worth trying that first — it's free, and it sometimes works for reviews that clearly violate a platform's policy.
When that fails, or the case needs more than a single flag — gathering proof, citing the exact policy violated, or escalating to a platform's trust and safety team — that's where we come in. We identify which policy the review violates, build the case, and handle the request end to end; if a review turns out to be genuine and policy-compliant, we say so honestly and shift to suppression instead.
Not sure which reviews are actually hurting you most in search? A free reputation scan shows what's really showing up before you flag anything.
What we don't do
We won't pursue legal action against a reviewer on your behalf — a defamation claim is a matter for a licensed attorney, not a removal service.
- Remove reviews that are negative but genuine and don't violate any platform's policy — those get suppressed, not removed, and we tell you which category yours falls into before any work begins.
- Post fake positive reviews, use bots, or otherwise manipulate ratings to offset a negative one — every platform bans this, and it isn't how we operate.
Common questions
Can you guarantee a review will be removed?
No — removal depends on whether the review actually violates the platform's own policy (fake, defamatory, off-topic, conflict of interest). We tell you within 24 hours whether a specific review has a real case for removal before you commit to anything.
What if the review doesn't violate any platform policy?
If a review is negative but genuine and policy-compliant, most platforms won't remove it regardless of who asks. In that case we shift to suppression — pushing it down with other content so it's not the first thing people see.
Can I request removal myself instead of hiring you?
Yes, and you should try the platform's own flagging process first if you haven't already — it's free and sometimes works, especially for reviews that clearly violate policy. We're most useful when the DIY flag has already been rejected or ignored.
How long does review removal typically take?
It varies by platform and how clear-cut the policy violation is — some flagged reviews come down within days, others need escalation to a platform's trust and safety team and take longer. We tell you within 24 hours whether a specific review has a real case before any work begins, then give you a realistic timeline for that specific case.
Do you cover platforms beyond Google, Yelp, and Glassdoor?
Yes — our process extends to 50+ review platforms across industries (Trustpilot, Amazon, Healthgrades, G2, and others), with roughly 35 more beyond the ones listed below. Platforms with their own dedicated guide are clickable; the rest are handled through the same core removal-or-suppression process.
