What if I find someone else's info instead of mine?

Searches are based on name matching, so results can include other people who happen to share your name (namesakes) — especially common last names. We flag these separately and clearly as unconfirmed, rather than mixing them in with confirmed matches.

Can you remove my info for me?

This scan only tells you where your information appears — it's not a background check and doesn't remove anything automatically. Each site we flag links to a free guide showing exactly how to request removal yourself.
