Go to mylife.com/privacyrequest — the form is titled “Deletion and Opt Out of Sale of Personal Information.”

Enter your details and verify your email
Fill in state, first and last name, city, ZIP, email and birth year (YYYY). Middle initial, maiden or alias name and your profile URL are optional. Use the email verification button to confirm your address.

Complete the reCAPTCHA and submit
Pass the reCAPTCHA and press Submit.

Wait for the confirmation email
MyLife says requests are processed within the legally required time frames and that you’ll get an email when the deletion is complete. It doesn’t publish a number of days.

According to the form, MyLife also unsubscribes that email address and deletes any accounts registered with it. Questions can go to [email protected].

Residents of a number of states, including California and Texas, have these rights by law. MyLife says it offers the same options to other states at its discretion.
