That bare-bones, free-first identity is still how ZabaSearch presents itself today, even though Intelius bought the site in December 2008. Why never paying ZabaSearch isn't the same as being removed
Because ZabaSearch's basic listing — name, age, address, partial phone number — is free to view, a lot of people assume that since they never paid for a detailed report, they must not really be "in" ZabaSearch's system.
